Broccoli tortillas, cheese and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients
• 10.5 oz raw broccoli
• 3.5 oz breadcrumbs
• 2 large eggs
• 3.5 oz of grated cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
2. With a spoon, make balls and crush them, until they are shaped like a tortilla.
3. Put three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil from Spain in a frying pan and once hot, cook the tortillas until golden brown on both sides.
4. You can accompany these tortillas with yogurt sauce.
