• 0,44 lb mayonnaise
• 1 plain yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Tarragon (or dill)
1. Prepare the mayonnaise.
2. Finely chop the gherkins, capers, parsley and tarragon or dill.
3. Add the finely chopped herbs and vegetables to the mayonnaise, along with the mustard and yoghurt, and season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
4. This delicious tartar sauce couldn’t be quicker or easier to make. Be sure to use it with all kinds of fish, potatoes, sandwiches, eggs and salads.
