Baked pumpkin with herb
Ingredients (4 pax)
• Pumpkin, cut into thick slices
• Oregano
• Rosemary
• Thyme
• Coriander
• Dill
• Salt
• Pepper
• 10 garlic cloves
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (top and bottom heat).
2. Line an oven tray with baking parchment and arrange the pumpkin slices on it.
3. Scatter the herbs over the slices evenly and season to taste.
4. Place the whole, unpeeled garlic cloves around the slices.
5. Drizzle generously with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain.
6. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
